Increase and sharpen your knowledge around the use of Kettlebells in your training regimen at this workshop where all levels are welcome!
In this workshop, we will be covering:
Proper form, positioning, and grips.
Using Kettlebells to increase Mobility and range of motion.
Programming Flows and Complexes.
Foundational skills such as the Swing, Clean, and Snatch; along with it's variations.
It is going to be an amazing time filled with community, movement, & getting out of our comfort zones.
